Esh Property Services, part of Esh Group, has appointed two new members of staff to its expanding team. John Coyne and Craig Hunter join the North West team based in the Kendal office in Cumbria.
John Coyne’s first responsibility at Esh Group is as Project Manager of the £1.6m social housing project at for Two Castles Housing Association at Gelt Rise in Brampton, near Carlisle.
John has 12 years experience working for national contactors Thomas Armstrong and has dealt with all aspects of construction during his 26 years career including hospitals, social housing and design & build.
Craig Hunter joins as Site Manager also from Thomas Armstrong. Craig has wide-ranging experience working on new build contracts from sustainable housing to timber frame five storey LABC award winning luxury apartments. Craig is currently working on Esh Property Services’ £½ million refurbishment project for Ford Park Community Group at Ulverston.
