Durham Aged Mineworkers Housing Association (DAMHA)
Esh Property Services was successful in securing the contract to construct 24 new bungalows on a sloping site at Steel Street in Consett. The bungalows are of traditional construction with some remediation to take place prior to construction. The contract is valued at £2.1 million and is being carried out on behalf of DAMHA, which is part of the ISOS Group. Work commenced on the scheme in February and it is due for completion later this year.
Darlington Borough Council
Darlington Borough Council awarded Esh Property Services the contract to provide flooring services to Dodmire Childrens Centre. The 4 week contract began on site in March and is valued at circa £30,000
Four Housing Group
We have secured a contract to construct 71 new dwellings at School Street in Hebburn, on behalf of the Four Housing Group. The contract is valued at £5.5million and work began in February. The whole site requires full remediation and it was with the assistance of Lumsden & Carroll Construction that the works were secured.
Two Castle Housing Association
We have secured the contract with Two Castle Housing to construct 17 nr properties, including an access road, at Gelt Rise in Brampton. The contract is valued at circa £1.7 million and work started on site in January.
ISOS Group
We will begin work on site to construct 6 new properties at Chatton, Northumberland in July, having been successful in competitive tender. The contract is valued at circa £635,000.
Endeavour Housing Association
We were awarded the contract to construct 6 nr properties to Code Level 4, in a village in North Yorkshire, Swainby. Work commenced on site in April and the contract is valued at circa £800,000
Ford Park Community Group
We will be carrying out extension and refurbishment works to a former stone built coach house in Ford Park, Ulveston for Ford Park Community Group. The contract will be delivered from our Kendal office.
Riverside Group
Esh Property Services has been awarded the contract to complete the works which were previously started by Dorin Construction. The contract is valued at £300,000 and work commenced on site in April.
Two Castles Housing Association
We have been successful in securing works for a number of sheltered housing schemes, which involves carrying out repairs to the fire doors. The contract is valued at circa £50,000.
Frameworks
Riverside Group
The framework will run over a duration of 4 years, with works/services primarily being completed in social housing properties. We have been successful in the following regions: Lancashire & Cumbria North East of England Yorkshire & Humberside We have been successfully appointed as Contractor / Developer for schemes valued under £1 million and over £3 million.
Lancashire Housing Partnership & Cumbria Housing Partners
The 4 year framework is being run under GM Procure, in association with Lancashire Housing Partnership and Cumbria Housing Partners. They are procuring a framework agreement for the provision of installer services for various internal and external property works.
Nottingham Community Housing Partnership
The New Build Contractor framework is valued at £10 million over a duration of 4 years. We have been successful in the following regions: Nottinghamshire Lincolnshire Derbyshire South Yorkshire Humberside.
Procurement for All
We secured a place on their Maintenance and Component Replacements Framework, worth £5 million over a duration of 4 years. We have been successful in securing the following lot, worth an estimated £5 million to Esh Property Services: General Building Works, including: External Works, Roofing and Environmental Schemes. Procurement for All presently has 11 RSL members, who have approximately 90,000 units distributed predominantly across the North West, Midlands, North East, Cambridgeshire and Surrey, and membership is likely to increase to other social housing providers in the future.
Riverside Group – North Bransholme, Hull
Esh Property Services has successfully secured a place on the framework to supply and fit fencing as well as externally insulated render. The framework is due to start later this year and will last for 4 years.
Your Homes Newcastle We have been included on the select list of three main contractors on the Supported Housing framework. The framework has a potential value of £20 million over the next three years and will deliver sheltered housing and extra care schemes.
