Non-institutionalised, domestic dwelling with therapeutic standards to assist and encourage individuals from dependence to independence and to enable their integration into their communities.
The scheme involves the demolition of existing premises and the construction of one/two storey building to provide 12 No self contained bedsits and communal areas to anti-ligature standards for people with learning difficulties.
This project is designed to Ecohomes and will reach a minimum standard of Very Good.
