A Five Year Partnership with Broadacres Housing Association, which commenced in July 2008. Under this partnership the following scope of works were undertaken:
Planned Maintenance works including;
• Partial rewire
• Replacing kitchen units
• Replacing bathrooms fittings
• Replacing boilers
Void Repairs typically including;
• Repair/replacing kitchens and fittings
• Repair/replacing bathrooms and fittings
• General repairs
• Gas and Electrical testing
All works are carried out with a customer focus. Throughout the planned maintenance works a full resident liaison service is provided by Esh Property Services which includes;
• Holding choice events
• Resident profiling
• Pre-works advice
• Information Packs
• Daily visits during works
• Post works handover packs
• Satisfaction surveys
Customer Care Advisors establish a relationship with residents and offer help, support, advice and guidance throughout the works, tailoring the service to suit the needs of individuals.
