The scheme consists of the design and build of 62 properties on a previously demolished site, all designed to a high standard of energy saving measures. The scheme consists of 46 rental properties and 16 shared ownership properties.
Currently the tenure mix proposals are for all of the Moore Terrace units to be for mainstream social rental and nine units on the King Street site to be for sale under Shared Ownership, the ratio of rent to shared ownership equates to 15% overall.
Design Features
The homes were designed by Archial architects, to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and are designed to incorporate modern methods of construction, including:
